An Austrian chef, world traveller and expert in world-wide food and cuisine. He was born in the town of Leoben in the province of Styria, Austria in 1972, and was trained all over Europe.
His career led him as a chef, food instructor and culinary teacher all over the globe. Tobias Fritz prepared food and has cooked on all continents – even the Antarctica!
Actually he is working as a Corporate Executive chef for a well-known river cruise company in Europe where he is responsible for all culinary issues for the whole fleet.
His knowledge and skills also include international food trends like paleo, vegetarian, vegan, nutrition like low carb, gluten lactose free and religious dietary laws like halal and kosher, for kosher he works also as culinary advisor since 6 years for one of the most known Travel Agencies in this Segment.
He is also a well-known expert in organizing Foodie travels and river cruises in Europe, the Americas and Asia.
